During the last 2 decade we have done all the effort to develop new technologies in the field of plastic injection molding. We have provided global countries including Japan and Germany with quick speed heating and cooling systems which are developed for high gloss molding and no-painting required molding. We also have secured system control technology to range uniform temperature from the design of most optimized channel for various fields (automobile parts, parts of optical industry and household electric appliances, etc.).

Especially, we have developed new technology about the whole process of double injection molding Turning Plate base system as well as energy providing method and further we could acquire the patent, by which we could take a role of SAMSUNG TOC forming development project.

We could secure such a pressure control technology that the air (6~8 bar) on the plant air compressor can be compressed with a high pressure, by which we are able to apply on the various product development such as pressure adding CPM (Counter Pressure Molding) process, CPM+Micro Forming Process (particular foaming+pressure aid forming+Core back) and new gas injection sector EGI (External Gas Injection) process.
